Want to become an estate agent? Well, you have to make the needed preparations if you want to enter into this profession. This may require some setting up to do but you will find more people through these venues. 4. Be prepared to answer questions. You should at least have a background on real estate or your services will always be rejected. There are areas that require at least one year of formal studies on real estate before you can be qualified as an agent. Your prospects will also look into that background. Last but not the least - be prepared to meet various people. You can meet people who listen but you will also meet people who complain. You need to deal with them if you intend to make this your career.
